David's "party" was at his pre-K, with all the other kids (Maya was there, as well).  This was during their sixth week there; they go from nine to four, Monday through Friday, and they seem to love it.  They're anxious to leave home in the morning and they are all smiles when we drop them off and when we pick them up.  Among other thoughtful presents received from family friends was a set of balloons for Maya, which wound up in David's hands, as well.

The inevitable result.

I calmed down,

I calmed down...

...not!

Let's try this a different way.

What about me, daddy?

Maybe next time.

He!

Now this is my birthday!

Let me help you, sister.

See?

Let me help you with a 'push and run'.

Now it's my turn.

I got them back.

Let me climb off...

...but not without my balloons!
