Though very thin, a layer of snow one morning created a lot of excitement.
As usual, Maya was cautious and thus reluctant to touch "the strange stuff".
Once told that snow is actually water (one oxygen molecule, two hydrogen ones),
she relented. To our great pleasure, a couple of days later they
remembered "snow is water" when they saw snow in a cartoon they were watching.
Then there came Thanksgiving with more than four days spent together (Maya and
David usually go to school Monday through Friday).
