A tooth fairy actually showed up the night after David lost a first tooth.  We could not believe it, but nevertheless in the morning there was a DUPLO lion cub in the exact spot where we left David's tooth under the pillow, the night before.
We all dressed up for the occasion (I'm not sure that's true - given the two days' difference between the pictures' timestamp - but it sure makes it sound more like the milestone it really was for us).
